Nearly Thirty Years of Economic and Social Development in the Sud-Ouest
RESO was born in late 1989, after the Programme économique of Pointe-Saint-Charles (PEP) in 1984, of the common commitment of the Sud-Ouest's main socioeconomic stakeholders. While today the Sud-Ouest is abuzz with renewal, 30 years ago, all talk was of the economic and social recovery of a district in decline.
